It rained horribly that morning so they reached out about pushing it back until 1pm and I’m so glad they did - our guests were so happy to still have the boat tour but with only a bit of rain during one point of the day! We stopped at 3 locations, all gorgeous, and got to go in the cave at the red rock area. The lunch on board was delicious (bread/meat/cheese) and the cocktails for purchase were great. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the boat and the history of Croatia. He totally catered to all of our needs and wants and focused the day around what we wanted to do. “We found the initial stretch across the water from Hvar to the first island quite challenging and frightening as there were big boats arriving and leaving Hvar, creating large waves which we had to navigate. We didn’t manage to visit more than one of the recommended stops but the beach we visited (Zdrilca Beach) was very nice - we visited the restaurant Tri Grede which was recommended by the kayak guide. It served nice food but we weren’t pre-warned by the kayak guide that the restaurant only accepts cash so that limited us. We enjoyed the day but be warned, it’s challenging on the arms! “Amazing experience! We had Vlad as our skipper , he was incredibly accommodating and took us to so many beautiful spots around the island. He even got us a reservation to a lovely lunch spot with a view and great local sea food. You could also connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker on the boat which was an added bonus.
